INDOOR STORAGE
Triple Security: Your goods are safe here with Three separate security “gates”.
1) PIN code to open the electric gate to access the property itself
2) PIN code to enter the storage building
3) Your own personal lock on your unit
To enter our building for access to your individually locked storage unit, you will be assigned a 5 digit Personal Identification Code (PIN). This provides the client accessability to a well lit, clean, environment with security and a live / recording video surveillance system.
Our entry system allows our clients to access our facility 24/7 on any day of the year including holidays. Moving equipment including large carts are available to make the movement to your storage unit easy and hassle-free.
We also have a large covered, drive-in load / unload area ensuring you and your goods are protected from rain, snow, wind and hot summer sun. It is large enough for most moving trucks to back into so that the movers have plenty of room to sort as they load / unload.
The sizes of units we have in our facility are listed below. The Self Storage industry is dynamic and demand is constantly changing. For us to serve you best, please call or email to ask about our availability and rates before “dropping in” as we may be running errands and not on site at that moment and would hate to miss you.

Waterdown Self Storage also offers outdoor parking with a recycled, packed asphalt surface for all sizes and shapes of Recreational Vehicles (RV), camping trailers, utility trailers, and boats with trailers. We offer sites for personal and business use. Our central location & proximity to Hwy 5, Hwy 6, QEW, Hwy 403, ETR 407 & Hwy 401 makes for a quick pick-up before that long weekend getaway or that early morning job start. Our customers are often on their way to and from Grand Bend and the Huron Peninsula, the Muskokas, Kawarthas, Niagara and peninsula, or the U.S.
Don’t worry, your space will be waiting for you when you get back – All our spaces are outlined and identified so that no one encroaches or parks in your designated space.
Our gate, driveways and outdoor spaces are all monitored throughout this controlled property.
When you become a client at Waterdown Self Storage, you will be assigned your own 5 digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) to access our electric gate.
We store almost anything on wheels from 4 ft to 50 ft. Ask about our Yearly and Seasonal Rates! We are often told we are half the cost of other facilities within a 30-mile radius
